Welcome to the JA Land and Property Services website. I thank you for taking the time to read the information on this site.

If you decide to use our services for your property or land maintenance needs, let me assure you. You will receive the utmost highest standards of professionalism.

All enquiries, consultations and quotes for your project are 100% free.

How does it work?

It all starts with your enquiry. Once I have received your enquiry, I will then source the relevant partners to carry out this request, if I am unable to complete it myself. I have a number of painters, plumbers, electricians and tilers ready to start work on your home.

Once they have accepted the request, a price for their services will be agreed with me and I will inform you of the cost in writing. If you agree with the quote, you then send payment, and your request will be fulfilled. You will always receive a receipt when you send money for a job to be completed. In addition to this, to assure our clients we will always provide a written financial report of how your money was spent. This includes, how much the contractors were paid, what materials were bought and so forth.

If you choose not to go ahead with our services after you have received your quote, that is no problem at all.  

Please also note, if there is a change in price or some other unforeseen circumstance, the job will be halted until you have been informed and a plan of action has been agreed.

Can't get to Jamaica in time?

​JA Land and Property Services offer viewings of land and property.

If you have found a piece of land or a house you would like to buy and are unable to travel to Jamaica right away, we will view for you.

If you are already resident in Jamaica and for some reason you are unable to make your viewing, you can call us too.

You will receive a detailed report answering every query you have as well as photo evidence.

If you would like to be there with us, we can attempt to arrange a video call, so you can be present at the viewing. Subject to internet quality in the area of the requested viewing.
